ODI Longneck BMX Grips

While these are specifically designed for BMX bikes, they can fit mountain bike handlebars if you prefer a slim, classic mushroom-style grip. However, keep in mind they are significantly longer than standard MTB grips and lack the locking mechanism found on many modern mountain bike grips.

These are traditional push-on grips. For the easiest installation, use a small amount of rubbing alcohol or compressed air to slide them onto your handlebars, then allow them to dry completely so they stay secure.

The included push-in end plugs are designed to fit standard steel and aluminum BMX handlebars. If you are using carbon fiber handlebars, you may need specific expanding bar ends to avoid damaging the bar material.

The extra-long 230mm length is ideal for riders who like to shift their hand position frequently or have a wider grip stance. It provides more surface area to hold onto, which is particularly helpful during technical tricks or high-impact riding.

ODI uses a proprietary compound that balances softness for comfort with durability for longevity. While the mushroom ribs will eventually wear down with heavy use, this compound is widely considered one of the longest-lasting options in the BMX market.
