While the Tantrum is built for performance, it is accessible enough for intermediate skiers looking to progress. However, beginners might find the hybrid core and powder-focused design slightly demanding compared to a softer, more forgiving beginner ski.

The 92mm waist provides a stable platform that handles groomed runs quite well. While it is designed primarily for powder and varied terrain, the width is narrow enough to roll from edge to edge quickly, offering solid grip on firmer snow.

With a turn radius between 11 and 14.9 meters, these skis are quite agile. You can expect quick, snappy turns that feel responsive in tight trees or bumps, while still maintaining enough stability for longer, drawn-out carves.

The all-mountain rocker is designed to balance float in soft snow with stability on hardpack. While it isn't a dedicated race ski, the hybrid core construction provides enough dampening and stiffness to keep the ski feeling planted and predictable when picking up speed.
