At 36.1 liters, this board offers significant float and paddle power, which helps you catch waves earlier. The volume is distributed to provide stability without sacrificing the maneuverability needed for flowing, high-speed turns.

The Something Fishy is designed for intermediate to advanced surfers. While it is stable, its performance-oriented shape and twin-fin setup require a level of board control and wave-reading ability that beginners typically haven't developed yet.

The deep swallow tail acts as a pivot point, allowing you to engage the rail more easily through turns. It provides extra hold and control when you're riding faster sections of the wave, preventing the board from sliding out.

The twin fin configuration is central to the board's 'fish' feel, emphasizing speed and a loose, skatey sensation on the wave face. Because it uses the Futures system, you have the flexibility to swap out different keel fin templates to fine-tune how much drive or release you want.
