100 Percent Fortis Elbow Guard

While designed for the rigors of downhill, the Fortis guards are surprisingly versatile. Their pre-curved shape and spandex joint allow for enough mobility that you can comfortably wear them on longer trail rides without feeling restricted.

They use a combination of tacky silicone-lined elastic webbing and secure hook-and-loop closures on both the thigh and calf areas. This dual-system approach ensures the guard stays locked in position even when you are moving aggressively.

Breathability is a core feature here. The chassis is constructed from perforated neoprene and includes ventilated foam padding, which helps airflow and moisture management significantly better than standard solid-material guards.

Level 1 protection is designed to balance impact resistance with weight and flexibility. It provides essential coverage for most trail and enduro riding scenarios, though it may not offer the same heavy-duty impact absorption as thicker, bulkier downhill-specific armor.

They have a low-profile design, but because they feature injection-molded hard shells, they are not as slim as soft-shell-only pads. You can easily wear them under a loose-fitting jersey, but they might be noticeable under a tight-fitting race kit.
