However, we recommend checking your specific machine's manual to ensure it supports polyurethane dimpled baseballs.

These balls are designed exclusively for use with automated pitching machines. They are not intended for standard batting practice, throwing drills, or fielding, as their polyurethane construction and dimpled surface behave differently than a traditional leather baseball.

Dimpled balls are significantly more durable than leather baseballs and are designed to withstand the high-velocity compression of pitching machine wheels without losing their shape. They offer a consistent flight path, though they will feel slightly different off the bat compared to a standard baseball.

The high-quality polyurethane construction is built for longevity and repeated high-velocity impacts. While they will eventually show signs of wear after extensive use, they are far more resistant to scuffing and cracking than traditional baseballs when used in a machine.
