Cypher Key Lock Oval

The symmetrical oval shape is designed for stable, centered loading, which prevents gear from shifting unexpectedly. It is particularly useful when connecting pulleys, ascenders, or building anchors where you need the load to remain balanced.

The keylock nose design eliminates the notch found on standard carabiners, which prevents the gate from snagging on ropes, webbing, or your harness gear loops. It makes clipping and unclipping much smoother and faster.

Choose the screw-gate if you prefer a simple, manual locking mechanism that is easy to operate with gloves. The three-stage auto-locking version is the better choice if you need extra security and want to ensure the gate locks automatically every time it closes.

It is certified for both. With CE EN362 and EN12275 certifications, it meets the safety standards for both industrial work and climbing applications, though its steel construction makes it heavier than aluminum climbing-specific carabiners.
