NVS Rusty Apex Series Fin Set

The NVS Rusty Apex Series uses a single-tab base, which is fully compatible with all Futures fin boxes. If your board currently uses a two-tab system, these will not fit.

G10 fiberglass is incredibly stiff and durable compared to standard molded plastic or composite fins. This stiffness provides a more responsive, immediate feel, allowing you to drive harder through turns without the fin flexing or losing energy.

This specific foil profile is designed to reduce drag and improve water flow. It helps you transition from rail to rail more smoothly, making the board feel faster and more fluid during turns.

That depends on the conditions and your preference. The tri-quad setup gives you the versatility to run them as a thruster for a more pivot-oriented, controlled feel, or as a quad for increased speed and hold in down-the-line waves.

Sizing is primarily based on your weight and the volume of your board. Generally, if you weigh under 165 lbs (75 kg), the Medium is the right choice, while those over 165 lbs will benefit from the extra surface area and hold provided by the Large set.

The 80/20 foil on the trailer fin offers a balance between the speed of a flat-sided fin and the stability of a symmetrical fin. It provides enough hold to keep you locked in during turns while still allowing for quick, responsive releases.
