Unlike traditional wraps that require wrapping and unwrapping between sets, these use a hook-and-loop system. This allows you to quickly loosen them for blood flow during rest and tighten them instantly before your next lift.

They are designed to provide firm stabilization for heavy pressing and overhead movements, which inherently limits some wrist flexibility. However, because you can easily adjust the tension, you can loosen them during warm-ups or movements where you need more mobility.

While the woven nylon is durable, we recommend hand washing these wraps with mild detergent and air drying them to preserve the integrity of the Velcro closure and the fabric's elasticity.

The Large size is designed to accommodate a wide range of wrist sizes due to the adjustable Velcro closure. Unless you have exceptionally small or thin wrists, this size provides a secure, customizable fit for most athletes.
