The Millennium Silicone Goggles are designed for users aged 7 and up. Because of the flexible frame and adjustable strap, they can accommodate a range of face shapes, but they are generally too large for toddlers or young children.

To preserve the anti-fog coating, avoid touching or wiping the inside of the lenses with your fingers or a towel, as this can scratch the treatment. Simply rinse the goggles with fresh, cool water after each swim and let them air dry completely before storing.

The flexible silicone frame is engineered to contour to different facial structures, which helps create a reliable seal. However, fit is subjective; the adjustable strap allows you to customize the tension, but ensure the silicone skirt is pressed firmly against your skin to maintain the anti-leak seal.

While these are competition-style goggles designed for pool use, they function well in open water as long as the lighting conditions are standard. Note that they do not feature specialized polarized or mirrored lenses, so they may not provide optimal glare reduction in direct, bright sunlight.

Silicone is a hypoallergenic material commonly used in swim gear because it is gentle on the skin and durable. If you have extremely sensitive skin, ensure you rinse the goggles thoroughly after use to remove any chlorine or salt residue that might cause irritation.
