Sunlite Inner Tube

This tube is designed for 20-inch wheels with a tire width between 2.00 and 2.25 inches. Please check the sidewall of your current tire to ensure your size falls within this range before purchasing.

These tubes feature a thicker, reinforced rubber construction compared to standard inner tubes. This extra material helps prevent small debris, thorns, and glass from penetrating the rubber, significantly reducing the frequency of flat tires.

This specific model is equipped with a Presta valve, which is the thinner, threaded valve commonly found on performance and road bikes. Ensure your pump is compatible with Presta valves or that you have an adapter.

Because these tubes use thicker rubber for puncture protection, they are heavier than standard lightweight tubes. While this adds a small amount of rotational weight to your wheels, most riders find the trade-off for increased reliability and fewer flat repairs to be well worth it.

If your rim is drilled for a wider Schrader valve, a Presta valve will fit, but it may move around slightly in the hole. You can use a rim adapter or a valve stabilizer to keep the valve stem centered and prevent it from tearing at the base.
