While it excels in the park, the Velvet is a true twin designed for the entire mountain. Its C2 hybrid profile offers enough stability for groomers and side hits, making it a versatile daily driver for riders who want to treat the whole resort like a terrain park.

A sintered base is more porous and durable than an extruded base, meaning it absorbs wax better and holds speed longer. You will need to wax it regularly to keep it performing at its best, but it is well worth the effort for the added glide.

The Velvet sits in a medium-flex sweet spot. It is snappy and responsive enough to give you pop off jumps, but soft enough to remain playful and forgiving when you are pressing on rails or buttering around the mountain.
