Like all quality leather, some minor stretching is normal as they break in. However, these are constructed to maintain their strength and shape, so you should not experience excessive or uneven stretching with proper care.

A 54-inch length is standard for most adult riders using a dressage or jumping saddle. If you are exceptionally tall or ride with a very long stirrup length, you may want to measure your current leathers to ensure this size provides enough adjustment range for your needs.

While they are soft upon arrival, applying a light coat of leather conditioner or oil can help protect the material and speed up the break-in process. It is a good practice to condition them periodically to keep the leather supple and prevent cracking.
