Intuition Downhill Tongue Liner

These liners are designed to be universal replacements for most alpine ski and snowboard boots. However, because they feature a thicker, high-density foam construction, you should ensure your current boot shell has enough internal volume to accommodate the added material.

While you can mold them at home using a convection oven, we strongly recommend having them heat-molded by a professional boot fitter. They have the specialized equipment and experience to ensure the foam expands and sets correctly around your specific foot shape.

This liner is significantly stiffer than most stock liners found in consumer boots. The 12mm high-density foam and reinforced tongue are specifically engineered for maximum energy transfer, making them ideal for aggressive riding, racing, or freeride applications where precision is key.

The antimicrobial treatment is integrated into the liner material to help manage odor and hygiene over the life of the product. While it is durable, its effectiveness can diminish over several seasons of heavy use, so regular airing out after each ride is still the best way to keep them fresh.

While you can technically use them for touring, they are optimized for downhill performance and stiffness. If your primary focus is long-distance skinning or uphill efficiency, you might find the stiff cuff and tongue slightly restrictive compared to liners designed specifically for touring.
