Memory foam is softer and more pliable than silicone, allowing the tip to expand and conform to the unique contours of your ear canal. This creates a tighter, more secure seal that typically results in better passive noise isolation and a more consistent bass response.

The Foamax Standard is designed for broad compatibility with most major wireless earbud brands, including Sony, Samsung, Beats, Jabra, and Sennheiser. Because they use a standard slip-on installation, they are engineered to fit the nozzle sizes of the vast majority of popular true wireless models.

Each pack includes three sizes: Medium (M), Medium-Large (ML), and Large (L). We recommend starting with the size that matches your current silicone tips, but if you find the seal isn't quite right, try the next size up or down to ensure the foam fully expands against your ear canal.

Installation is simple: just remove your existing tips and slip the Foamax tips onto the nozzle. To maintain them, gently wipe the surface with a clean, slightly damp cloth if they accumulate earwax, but avoid using harsh chemicals or submerging them in water, as this can degrade the memory foam.

While the Foamax tips are designed to be low-profile, memory foam is slightly thicker than silicone. In almost all cases, they will fit inside standard charging cases without issue, though you should ensure they are fully seated on the nozzle to prevent any interference with the lid.
