The ArtScents Disco Ball warmer is designed primarily as a decorative wax melter. While the mirrored surface catches ambient light, it does not project light patterns like a traditional rotating disco ball.

The dish is removable, which makes cleaning straightforward. You can either pop the hardened wax out by placing the dish in the freezer for 15 minutes or wipe it clean with a paper towel while the wax is still warm and liquid.

Like any electric appliance, it is designed for safe home use, but you should always turn it off when leaving the house or going to sleep. It does not have an automatic shut-off timer, so manual operation is required.

The cord is 36 inches long, which provides decent reach for most side tables or shelves. It features a simple roller switch on the cord, allowing you to turn the unit on and off without unplugging it.

This unit is specifically designed as a wax melt warmer. While you could technically add a few drops of oil to water in the dish, it is optimized for the consistent, steady heat required to melt wax tarts or cubes.
