While the vanity cabinet itself is typically pre-assembled for convenience, you will need to attach the vessel sink and install the faucet hardware upon arrival. We recommend having a professional plumber handle the final connections to ensure a watertight seal.

The marble countertop is generally finished at the factory, but natural stone is porous and susceptible to staining. It is highly recommended that you apply a stone sealer before first use and periodically thereafter to protect the surface from water and toiletries.

The vanity features a standard open-back design to accommodate most plumbing configurations. However, because this is a vessel sink setup, ensure your water supply lines and drain rough-in are positioned to align with the specific height and placement of the sink.

The countertop is pre-drilled specifically for the included vessel sink. Modifying the stone to accommodate an undermount sink is difficult and likely to damage the marble, so it is best to use the vanity as designed.

Because the sink sits on top of the counter, you will need a tall vessel-style faucet or a wall-mounted faucet to provide enough clearance. A standard bathroom faucet will be too short to reach over the rim of the sink.

The wood is finished to withstand typical bathroom humidity, but it is not waterproof. To keep the finish looking its best, wipe away any standing water or splashes immediately rather than letting them sit on the wood surface.
