Inspire Series FT1

The unit stands 81.5 inches tall. We recommend having at least 84 inches of ceiling height to allow for proper assembly and to ensure you have enough clearance for overhead exercises.

While the FT1 is designed for functional training and cable-based exercises, it is not a replacement for a traditional power rack. It is excellent for isolation movements, cable presses, and squats, but it is not intended to support heavy barbell training.

The FT1 comes with dual 160 lb weight stacks. While you cannot add more weight plates to the existing stacks, the system includes two 5 lb add-on weights to help you make smaller, incremental adjustments to your resistance.

Very little. The electrostatic powder-coated finish is designed to be maintenance-free. You should occasionally wipe down the guide rods and cables to keep the movement smooth, but the heavy-duty steel frame is built to last with minimal upkeep.

Absolutely. The integrated instructional chart features over 40 exercise photos, making it easy to learn proper form and build a routine. The dual independent stacks also allow you to start with lighter, balanced weights as you build your confidence.

The footprint is 47 inches deep by 54 inches wide. However, you should account for extra space around the machine to fully utilize the cable range of motion and accommodate the attachments during your workout.
