To preserve the ceramic coating, hand washing with a soft sponge and mild detergent is recommended. Avoid using metal utensils or abrasive scouring pads, as these can scratch the surface and reduce the effectiveness of the non-stick properties over time.

This set is primarily constructed from aluminum and ceramic. Because aluminum is non-magnetic, these pans will not work on induction cooktops unless your induction range has a specific adapter plate.

While the cookware is designed for stovetop use, you should check the specific heat tolerance rating on the packaging or the base of the pans before placing them in the oven. Generally, ceramic-coated aluminum is not designed for high-heat oven temperatures.

The set includes lids for the primary pots and pans where appropriate. However, not every single piece in the 75-piece collection will have a dedicated lid, as many items are utensils or bakeware pieces that do not require them.

The cookware is made from aluminum, which is naturally lightweight and conducts heat quickly. This makes the pans easy to handle and maneuver, though they will feel lighter than cast iron or heavy-gauge stainless steel options.
