Unlike natural volcanic stone, which can vary in porosity and texture, these glass-based stones offer a consistent, uniform abrasive surface. This ensures you get the same level of exfoliation every time you use them without the stone crumbling or wearing down unevenly.

For the best results, we recommend using these stones on damp skin after a shower or foot soak. This softens the calluses, allowing the glass surface to buff away dead skin more effectively and comfortably.

While the glass construction is durable, you should replace your stone once it begins to lose its abrasive texture or if it develops any chips or cracks. Depending on how frequently you exfoliate, a set of two should last several months with proper cleaning.

After each use, rinse the stone thoroughly under warm water and use a stiff brush to remove any skin debris trapped in the pores. Allow it to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area to prevent bacteria buildup.

Because these stones are quite effective at removing tough calluses, they may be too abrasive for very thin or sensitive skin. If you are new to using pumice, start with very light pressure on damp skin to see how your feet react before applying more force.
