Because this is a natural lava stone with a high abrasiveness level, it is best suited for thick, calloused skin on the feet and heels. If you have sensitive skin, use it very gently and only on the toughest areas, as it may be too abrasive for delicate skin.

After each use, rinse the stone thoroughly under warm water to remove any dead skin buildup. Allow it to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area to prevent bacteria growth, and store it in a dry place.

For the best results and to avoid irritation, we recommend using the stone while your skin is softened from a shower or bath. Using it on wet skin allows the stone to glide more effectively while buffing away calluses.

The stone features an ergonomic, natural shape designed to fit comfortably in your hand. While it is excellent for covering larger surface areas like heels and the balls of your feet, you can easily use the edges of the stone to target smaller, more precise spots.

While the stone is durable, its effectiveness will decrease as the abrasive surface wears down over time. You should replace it once the surface becomes smooth or if you notice any cracks, which typically happens after several months of regular use.
