This decanter holds 500ml of liquid. It is sized perfectly for a standard 750ml bottle of wine if you are decanting a portion, though you will not be able to fit an entire bottle at once.

Because of the intricate tentacles, we recommend hand washing with warm water and a mild soap. Using decanter cleaning beads or a soft bottle brush can help reach into the crevices to ensure no residue remains.

It is crafted from hand-blown borosilicate glass, which is known for being more durable and resistant to thermal shock than standard glass. However, due to the sculptural nature of the tentacles, it should be handled with care to avoid chipping or breakage.

The decanter stands 16 inches tall. We recommend measuring your shelf height before purchasing to ensure you have enough clearance for the piece to stand upright comfortably.
