The AllGround ProBrew is specifically engineered for filter coffee methods. While it excels at producing the precise, uniform grind required for pour-over and drip brewing, it is not designed to handle the fine adjustments needed for espresso.

Dark-T refers to a specialized coating on the burrs that increases their durability and reduces friction during the grinding process. This helps maintain a consistent grind size and prevents heat buildup, which ensures the delicate flavor notes of your coffee beans are preserved.

The single-dose design is intended for you to weigh out exactly the amount of beans you need for a single brew, typically between 15 and 30 grams. It is built to minimize retention, so you don't have to worry about old grounds mixing with your fresh dose.

Because the grinder is designed with low retention in mind, it is naturally cleaner than many traditional hopper-fed grinders. You will still need to perform routine cleaning, such as brushing out the chute and burr chamber periodically, but the design significantly reduces the amount of trapped coffee.
