The 3M adhesive is designed to be strong, but it can typically be removed without causing permanent damage. You may need to use a little heat from a hairdryer to soften the adhesive, and any remaining residue can be cleaned off with a gentle adhesive remover or rubbing alcohol.

The 3M adhesive works best on smooth, hard surfaces like plastic, glass, or metal. It generally does not adhere well to silicone, leather, or heavily textured cases, so we recommend applying it to a smooth hard-shell case instead.

Because the LoveHandle is made of silicone and adhesive, it is generally thin enough that it shouldn't block wireless charging. However, if your phone case is already thick, adding the grip might push the device just far enough away from the charger to disrupt the connection.

The strap is not adjustable, but it is made from a flexible, elastic silicone material designed to stretch comfortably over fingers of various sizes. It provides a snug, secure fit for most users.

The 3M adhesive is intended for a one-time, permanent application. Once it is pressed firmly onto your device or case, it is not designed to be peeled off and restuck, as the adhesive strength will be significantly compromised.
