Yes, the 748-square-inch steel cooking surface comes pre-seasoned. While you can start cooking right away, we recommend applying a light coat of oil before your first use to help maintain the non-stick properties over time.

Despite its sturdy 116-pound build, the unit is designed for mobility. It features four caster wheels, allowing you to roll it across flat surfaces like concrete or decking with relative ease.

Absolutely. The griddle is equipped with four independent burners, which create four distinct temperature zones. This allows you to sear meats on one side while keeping vegetables warm or toasting buns on the other.

The unit features a front-access grease tray. This design simplifies cleanup by allowing you to scrape debris and grease directly into a removable tray located at the front of the griddle, rather than reaching around to the back.

It includes integrated side shelves that are engineered to fold over and lock into place, serving as a protective cover for the cooking surface. However, for long-term storage or protection against harsh weather, we still recommend using a dedicated fabric grill cover.

This model runs on standard propane. It is designed to connect to a typical propane tank, making it compatible with the fuel sources commonly used for outdoor gas grills.
