VPI JMW-9 Tonearm Armwand

This armwand is specifically designed for the VPI JMW-9 tonearm series. It is compatible with turntables equipped with that specific tonearm, but you should verify your existing tonearm model before purchasing to ensure a proper fit.

The armwand is designed to be easily detached from the unipivot bearing assembly. Because the cartridge remains mounted to the armwand, you can swap between different pre-calibrated cartridges in under 30 seconds without needing to re-align them each time.

The damped stainless steel construction is engineered to minimize unwanted resonance and vibration. By reducing these micro-vibrations, the armwand allows for a cleaner, more accurate signal transfer from your cartridge to your phono stage.

While the quick-swap design is convenient, different cartridges have different weights and tracking force requirements. You will likely need to make minor adjustments to your tracking force and azimuth settings whenever you switch to a different armwand/cartridge combination to ensure optimal performance.
