No, it is not dishwasher safe. Because of its stainless steel coil construction, we recommend hand washing it with mild soap and water after each use.

The base expands to 4.5 inches by 4.1 inches, which accommodates most standard-sized camping and travel mugs. If your mug has an exceptionally wide rim, it is worth measuring the diameter before heading out.

The Helix uses a spring-like stainless steel coil that provides structural tension. Once expanded, the coil creates a rigid, stable cone shape that supports the weight of the coffee grounds and water without folding in on itself.

It is extremely compact. The unit features three base prongs that lock the coil in a collapsed position, allowing it to slide easily into a handlebar bag, seat bag, or even a jacket pocket.

It functions just like a standard pour-over dripper. Simply expand the coil, insert a #2 cone filter, add your grounds, and pour hot water over them. It is straightforward and requires no specialized equipment beyond a kettle or heat source.
