These are designed specifically for wading in shallower water, typically up to your knees or mid-thigh. Because they do not have a chest-high design, they are not intended for deep wading where water levels might exceed the waistline.

These feature a stockingfoot design, meaning they have integrated neoprene booties that require a separate pair of wading boots. You should wear your standard wading boots over the neoprene feet to provide the necessary traction and protection.
