Once you order, we send you an impression kit with putty and trays. You follow the included instructions to create a mold of your teeth, mail it back using the provided prepaid label, and our lab uses that mold to craft your custom-fitted guard.

This 3mm soft EVA material is specifically engineered for heavy clenching and light grinding. If you are a severe grinder who wears through guards quickly, you might consider a dual-laminate or hard acrylic option instead, as soft material is designed primarily for comfort.

Most users adjust to the custom fit within a few nights. Because it is molded specifically to your teeth, it should feel secure and unobtrusive, unlike bulky, generic over-the-counter guards.

The soft 3mm EVA material provides a flexible, cushioned barrier that is generally more comfortable for clenchers. Hard acrylic guards are more rigid and are typically recommended for severe grinders who need a harder surface to prevent tooth wear.

Rinse your guard with cool water after every use and let it air dry completely before placing it in the storage case. You can also use a mild, non-abrasive soap or a dedicated retainer cleaner to keep it fresh, but avoid hot water, which can warp the material.

The 90-day warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, as well as the fit of the guard. If you experience any issues with the fit or durability during this period, our team will work with you to resolve it.
