PUSH Industries ACS3 Coil Component Kit

The ACS3 replaces your fork's standard air spring with a steel coil, which provides much smoother, more consistent movement over small bumps. The air-assisted bottom-out control then kicks in at the end of the stroke to prevent harsh impacts, giving you the best of both worlds: coil sensitivity and air-spring ramp-up.

This specific kit is engineered for 2014-2020 FOX 36 forks with 140mm of travel. It is not a universal fit, so you should verify your fork's model year and travel length before purchasing to ensure proper installation.

While the coil spring itself is a fixed rate, you can still tune the bottom-out resistance using the air chamber. This allows you to maintain some adjustability for how the fork handles deep, aggressive hits without sacrificing the coil's supple feel.

Installing the ACS3 requires standard suspension service tools, including a cassette tool, a torque wrench, and the appropriate sockets for your fork's top cap. If you are comfortable performing a basic air spring service, you should be able to handle this installation, though professional shop assistance is recommended if you are unsure.

Switching from an air spring to a steel coil will add some weight to your front end. Most riders find the trade-off in traction, mid-stroke support, and small-bump sensitivity well worth the slight increase in mass.
