MONIPA Rotisserie Kit

This kit is designed as a universal solution, but compatibility depends on your grill's width and mounting bracket style. Before purchasing, measure the width of your grill firebox to ensure the spit rods can span the distance and check that your grill has existing mounting points or the ability to attach the motor bracket.

The included electric motor is designed for standard plug-in power. This ensures consistent torque for heavier roasts without the risk of batteries dying mid-cook.

While the stainless steel construction is durable, the motor is intended for standard poultry and roasts typically up to 10-15 pounds. For the best performance and to avoid straining the motor, ensure your meat is centered and balanced using the included balance kit.

The spit rods and meat forks are made of high-quality stainless steel and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. However, the electric motor must never be submerged in water or placed in a dishwasher; simply wipe the motor housing clean with a damp cloth.

The balance kit is essential for preventing uneven rotation, which can strain the motor and lead to inconsistent cooking. By attaching the counterweight, you can offset the weight of an irregularly shaped roast, ensuring the spit rotates smoothly and the meat cooks evenly.
