The Signature Spiked Practice Mat is specifically engineered for synthetic turf. Its SpikeTek technology relies on the turf's texture to lock the mat in place, so it will not provide the same stability on concrete, gym floors, or natural grass.

While the mat is designed with the dimensions and needs of younger athletes in mind, it can accommodate any player whose stride fits within the 11-foot length. However, it is optimized for the pitching mechanics typical of the 12-and-under age group.
