Ankarsrum Pasta Roller & Cutter Kit

This pasta roller and cutter kit is designed exclusively for use with the Ankarsrum Assistent stand mixer.

The kit includes a lasagna roller for sheets and a fettuccine cutter for ribbons. While you can use the sheets to hand-cut other shapes like pappardelle or ravioli, the set does not include specific attachments for other noodle types like spaghetti or penne.

These attachments should not be submerged in water or put in the dishwasher. Instead, use a dry brush or a wooden skewer to remove any dried pasta dough, and wipe the exterior with a clean, dry cloth.
