They use POC's VPD material, which is soft and flexible while you are riding, allowing for full range of motion. Upon impact, the material instantly hardens to absorb shock, offering the protection of hard armor without the stiffness.

These are EN 1621-1 certified, which is the standard for Level 1 shock absorption. They are ideal for trail riding where you need reliable protection against impacts and trail debris without the bulk of heavy-duty downhill armor.
