Craftsman Replacement Filter

This filter is designed to fit most Craftsman wet/dry canister vacuums ranging from 5 to 20 gallons. It is a universal-style fit for that specific capacity range.

Since this filter is washable, you can simply remove it from the vacuum and rinse it with water. Ensure it is completely air-dried before reinstalling it to prevent mold or damage to your vacuum motor.

No tools are required. The filter features a snap-on design that allows you to secure it directly into the canister housing by hand.

While the filter is reusable and washable, performance will eventually decline as the pleats wear down or become permanently clogged. For optimal suction and air quality, we recommend replacing it every few months depending on how frequently you use your vacuum.

Yes, this filter is built to handle both wet and dry debris. However, if you are picking up large amounts of liquid, it is often best practice to remove the filter entirely to prevent saturation, depending on your specific vacuum model's instructions.
