To ensure precision, you must provide your design as a CAD or DXF file. These vector-based formats allow our laser cutters to accurately replicate your logo, name, or custom artwork onto the steel surface.

The grate is engineered to maintain structural integrity despite the custom cutouts. While the design adds a signature aesthetic, the heavy-duty steel construction ensures it still functions as a high-performance cooking surface capable of withstanding intense heat.

This specific grate is designed with an 18-inch diameter and is optimized for 40-inch grills. While it may physically fit other setups, we recommend verifying your grill's dimensions to ensure a proper, safe fit before purchasing.

Like any high-quality steel cookware, this grate requires seasoning with oil before and after use to build a protective layer. Keep it clean and dry after cooking, and apply a light coat of oil during storage to prevent oxidation.

The grate is crafted from 0.25-inch thick solid steel. This thickness is chosen specifically to provide excellent heat retention and durability, ensuring the grate won't warp under the high temperatures typical of outdoor grilling.
