Stansport Windscreen Attachment

This attachment is specifically engineered for the Stansport 217 two-burner cast iron stove. While it may physically fit other stoves of similar dimensions, it is designed to integrate seamlessly with the 217 model's frame, so we cannot guarantee a secure fit on other brands or models.

Wind acts as a heat thief, blowing away the thermal energy intended for your cookware. By blocking gusts, this screen keeps the heat concentrated directly under your pots and pans, which allows the stove to reach and maintain cooking temperatures much faster.

While steel is durable and provides a stable barrier, it does add some weight to your gear. However, the screen folds down to a flat 31-inch by 6-inch profile, making it relatively easy to slide into a gear bag or store alongside your stove.

It serves both purposes effectively. The steel panels act as a physical shield that contains grease splatter within the cooking area, which helps keep your campsite cleaner and significantly reduces the effort required for post-meal cleanup.

Because it is made of durable steel, you can wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap. For stubborn grease buildup, a non-abrasive scouring pad works well, but avoid harsh chemicals that might strip the finish.
