While it can adapt to average indoor humidity, the Philodendron joepii appreciates higher humidity levels, ideally between 60% and 70%. If your home is particularly dry, placing it near a humidifier or in a well-lit bathroom will help keep the foliage looking its best.

This plant prefers bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the unique leaves, but ensure it is close enough to a window to receive plenty of ambient brightness throughout the day.
