While the composite fiberglass construction is lightweight for easy movement, it may need additional weight at the base if placed in a high-wind area. You can easily add a layer of gravel or heavy stones to the bottom of the planter to increase stability.

This planter does not come pre-drilled with drainage holes. If you plan to use it outdoors, we recommend drilling a few holes in the bottom to prevent water from pooling, which can be done easily with a standard drill bit.

Yes, the planter is safe for indoor use. However, because it lacks drainage holes, you should use a plastic liner or a saucer inside the planter to protect your floors from moisture or soil spills.

The finish is designed for durability and is resistant to fading. While all materials will eventually show some wear over time when exposed to harsh, direct UV rays, this composite material is built to maintain its matte appearance much longer than painted wood or plastic.

A simple wipe-down with a damp cloth and mild soap is all you need. Avoid using abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the matte finish.
