The borosilicate glass base is dishwasher safe. However, the acacia wood lid should be hand-washed and dried immediately to prevent warping or damage to the wood grain.

The acacia wood lid is designed to sit securely on the jar, but it does not feature a silicone gasket for an airtight seal. It is best suited for dry goods like pasta, grains, or coffee beans rather than items requiring an airtight environment.

While the borosilicate glass is heat-resistant, the lid contains brass accents and wood, which are not microwave or oven safe. We recommend using the glass base only for storage purposes.

The 0.75L size is ideal for spices, tea, or nuts, while the 1.5L is perfect for coffee beans or baking staples like sugar. The largest 2L size is best suited for bulkier items like pasta, rice, or flour.

Brass is a natural material that may develop a patina over time with exposure to air and humidity. If you prefer a bright finish, you can gently polish it with a soft cloth.

The included kraft paper labels are intended for single use. If you need to change the contents of your jar, you can easily replace them with your own adhesive labels or tags.
