MARCATO Capellini Accessory Attachment

This attachment is designed to fit the standard Marcato Atlas 150 manual pasta machine. It will not fit the Atlas 180 or other wider models, so please verify your machine size before purchasing.

No tools are required. The attachment features a simple hook-on design that slides directly into the slots on your existing Marcato machine, allowing you to switch between pasta shapes in seconds.

Because the internal rollers are precision-engineered, you should never wash this attachment with water or in the dishwasher. Instead, use a small brush or a wooden skewer to remove any dried dough residue after the pasta has hardened.

This attachment creates Capellini, also known as angel hair pasta, which is approximately 1 millimeter wide. It is designed for very thin, delicate strands that cook almost instantly.

The attachment is made from durable, high-quality steel designed for food use. As long as you keep it dry and avoid using water for cleaning, it will remain rust-free and perform consistently for years.
