Polycarbonate is a highly durable, impact-resistant thermoplastic. It is excellent for lighting because it maintains its clarity and structural integrity without yellowing or becoming brittle, ensuring the lamp retains its aesthetic appeal for years.

Because of the dense, textured structure, dust can accumulate within the flowers. We recommend using a soft, dry microfiber cloth or a can of compressed air to gently clear debris from the crevices periodically.

The transparent floral elements act as diffusers, breaking up the light source to create a soft, ambient glow. Because of the complex structure, you will notice intricate, dappled shadows cast on the surrounding walls and ceiling.

As a suspension lamp, the Big Bloom has a significant visual presence. While the cable length is adjustable, the fixture itself is quite voluminous, so it is best suited for rooms with standard or high ceilings where it can hang freely without obstructing movement.

The fixture is designed to work with standard LED bulbs that fit its specific socket base. We recommend using a warm-toned LED bulb to enhance the soft, diffused light effect created by the polycarbonate flowers.
