Zulay Kitchen Coffee Canister

Freshly roasted coffee beans release carbon dioxide as they degas. The one-way valve allows this gas to escape without letting oxygen back into the canister, which prevents the beans from going stale or oxidizing prematurely.

You can store both whole beans and ground coffee in this canister. The airtight seal and vacuum-locking system are effective at preserving the flavor profile of both formats.

The integrated date wheel is located on the lid and allows you to manually set the day and month you stored your coffee. It serves as a simple reminder so you can track how long your beans have been sitting and ensure you use them while they are at their peak.

While the stainless steel body is durable, we recommend hand washing the canister and lid to maintain the integrity of the vacuum seal and the CO2 valve mechanism over time.

The canister is low-maintenance. Simply wipe it down with a damp cloth as needed. Avoid submerging the lid in water to protect the internal valve and date tracking components.
