While this device is a safer, flameless alternative to traditional candles, it is still an electrical appliance. We recommend turning it off when you leave the room or go to sleep to ensure safety and extend the life of the warmer.

The warming plate and the dish will become hot during operation to melt the wax effectively. Always use caution when touching the unit while it is on, and allow it to cool completely before moving or cleaning it.

The easiest way to clean the dish is to let the wax cool and harden slightly, then gently pop it out. Alternatively, you can wipe the dish clean with a paper towel while the wax is still warm and liquid.
