Indeterminate means the Kellogg’s Breakfast vines will continue to grow, flower, and produce fruit throughout the entire growing season until the first frost. Because they don't stop growing at a certain height, you will need to provide sturdy stakes or cages to support the heavy vines.

This is a beefsteak variety, so you can expect substantial fruits weighing between one and two pounds each. Because of their size, ensure your support structures are strong enough to hold the weight of the tomatoes as they ripen.

Kellogg’s Breakfast tomatoes take approximately 90 days to reach maturity. Given this longer growing period, it is best to start your seeds indoors or ensure you have a sufficiently long, warm growing season.

These tomatoes thrive in full sun and require consistent spacing to prevent disease. Plant your seeds at a depth of 0.635 cm, spacing individual plants 61 cm apart with 91 cm between rows to allow for proper airflow and vine development.

While possible, these plants are quite large and vigorous, so they are generally better suited for in-ground garden beds. If you do use containers, ensure they are very large—at least 5 to 10 gallons—and provide heavy-duty support for the vines.
