Yes, the rack is designed to fit most standard ovens, as well as gas, charcoal, pellet, and electric grills. Its rectangular shape is compact enough for typical oven roasting pans while still providing ample space for ribs or poultry.

This rack does not have a non-stick coating. Because it is made of durable, heavy-gauge stainless steel, we recommend lightly oiling the rack before placing your meat on it to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.

The rib side of the rack is engineered to hold up to five full slabs of ribs upright. This vertical orientation helps maximize your cooking surface area and ensures even smoke and heat circulation around each slab.

Not at all. The rack is dishwasher safe, which makes cleanup straightforward even after sticky barbecue sauces or rendered fat have baked onto the surface. For stubborn residue, a quick soak in warm, soapy water before putting it in the dishwasher usually does the trick.
