The Cruz Vase is primarily designed as a decorative object. While it can hold stems, we recommend using it with dried botanicals or structural branches rather than fresh flowers that require water, as the porous nature of the black clay may not be fully sealed.

The surface features a distinct deckled, or rough-hewn, texture. It feels organic and tactile, offering a matte finish that absorbs light rather than reflecting it, which gives the piece a grounded, primitive quality.

It is designed to be versatile. The geometric shape and textured finish make it substantial enough to serve as a standalone sculptural piece on a bookshelf or console, though it also pairs beautifully with structural stems.
