These gloves are designed for high-performance sailing, making them durable enough for both short sprints and longer offshore races. The ergonomic fit is specifically engineered to reduce hand fatigue during extended periods of active line handling.

The material is specifically formulated to maintain a secure hold on lines and equipment even when soaked. Because the gloves are fully waterproof, they prevent the material from becoming waterlogged, which helps maintain that tactile grip throughout your time on the water.

While they provide robust protection, the ergonomic design prioritizes flexibility. You should be able to handle lines and tie standard knots without needing to remove the gloves, though they will feel slightly thicker than a bare hand.

Due to the specialized waterproof materials, we recommend hand washing them with fresh water and mild soap after use. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as high heat can compromise the integrity of the waterproof coating and the grip surface.

These are primarily designed for grip and protection against abrasion rather than thermal insulation. While the waterproof construction will keep your hands dry and block wind, they are not insulated for extreme cold-weather conditions.
