Slater Strength Tacky

This formula is specifically optimized for temperatures above 60 degrees Fahrenheit. It is intended for moderate conditions where you need a reliable, consistent grip without the extreme tackiness required for freezing environments.

While it was formulated by a world-class competitor, it is suitable for any athlete lifting heavy stones. The tackiness is balanced to be effective for training sessions, not just competition, making it a solid choice for anyone looking to improve their stone-loading technique.

Tacky is temperature-sensitive by nature. Cold weather tacky is much softer and stickier to compensate for the hardening effect of low temperatures, while hot weather tacky is stiffer to prevent it from melting off your hands. This 'Cool Weather' version sits in the middle, providing a stable, reliable hold in moderate conditions.

Each container holds 4 ounces (135 ml) of tacky. This is a standard size for strongman training, providing enough product for multiple heavy lifting sessions.

While it is primarily designed for stone lifting, some athletes use it for other implements where grip is the limiting factor. However, be aware that it is formulated specifically for the surface texture and weight of atlas stones.
