FCS II JS Modern Keel

These fins are specifically designed for traditional fish shapes and twin fin setups. Because of their upright template, they also perform well on funboards where you want to add a bit more maneuverability and pivot.

An upright template, like the one on this keel, is designed for tight-radius pivoting. Unlike traditional, swept-back keels that prioritize long, drawn-out lines, this fin allows you to turn more sharply and vertically in the pocket.

These are FCS II fins, which means they are designed for the FCS II tool-less fin system. They will fit any board equipped with FCS II boxes, but they are not compatible with older dual-tab systems that require screws.

Performance Glass is essentially high-integrity fiberglass. It provides a stiffer, more consistent flex pattern compared to molded plastic fins, which helps the fin hold its shape and maintain drive when you are pushing hard through turns.

While they are high-quality fins, they are specialized for fish and twin fin boards. If you are riding a standard thruster or a beginner-friendly longboard, these keels likely won't provide the stability or tracking you need.
