FITHOOD M-ROLL

The M-ROLL is designed to be firm. The combination of polyethylene foam and the structural birch plywood core provides a stable, consistent surface that is ideal for deep tissue massage and targeted muscle release.

Each pre-loved unit is carefully inspected to ensure it maintains its structural integrity and functionality. While there may be minor cosmetic signs of previous use, the foam and birch plywood construction remain durable and effective for your recovery routine.

At 35 cm in length, this roller is compact and highly portable. It is excellent for targeted work on specific muscle groups like the calves, quads, and upper back, though it may be less convenient for rolling the entire back simultaneously compared to longer, full-length rollers.

It is versatile enough for both. While it excels at muscle recovery and myofascial release, the firm, stable construction also makes it a great prop for Pilates exercises that require balance or spinal support.

The birch plywood core provides a rigid center that prevents the roller from compressing or losing its shape over time. This gives it a more substantial, solid feel compared to standard, all-foam rollers that can soften with heavy use.
